As part of NMA’s commitment to helping the next generation of professionals launch their careers, we’re proud to offer an internship program that provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development opportunities within Market Access.
Our internship program is designed to give interns practical experience in Market Access, with opportunities to work on real-world projects and develop their skills in a professional environment. We provide a structured and focussed learning experience that includes regular check-ins with a mentor, as well as opportunities to attend training sessions, conferences, and other professional development events.
Our first official intern of the program, Marianna, is currently a master’s student in Health economics, policy and management (Karolinska Institutet) with a degree in Pharmacy. She has previous experience in pharma and has worked as a Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Officer. During her time with us, Marianna will be working across our projects, and will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in all things Market Access.
We’re dedicated to helping our interns develop their skills and gain the experience they need to succeed in their future careers. That’s why we provide regular feedback and evaluation to our interns, so they know where they stand and what they can do to continue to grow and develop.
